Morton Lady Potters to help local Home Sweet Home Ministries

Last year during the State Farm Holiday Classic, the Morton Lady Potters delivered donated items they had collected to the Home Sweet Home Ministries in Bloomington. The team plans to do the same thing this year and will be collecting items Dec. 17 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Bertha Frank Center on the high school campus in Morton. Requested items include household goods (paper towels, blankets, pillows), toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, cold medicines), clothing (coats, shoes, socks, underwear) or other general items such as books, dishes or small appliances.
