- High School name, nickname and location?
- Boys team? Girls team? Both?
- School enrollment?
- School and/or team web site?
- Recent history/success of program?
- Future outlook for the next 3-5 years?
- Any potential college recruits on team?
- Any other general information about the team or school?
*Since we are a co-ed tournament, please be sure to tell us if this is for a boys’ or girls’ team, or if you are interested in getting both teams from the same school in the tournament.
